Terms of Service

These terms cover bookings of the Spirits With The Spirits haunted pub crawl, operated by Freaky Foot Tours LLC in Flagstaff, Arizona.

Age requirement

This is a 21+ experience. Every guest must present a valid government-issued ID; the participating bars require it and so do we. Guests unable to show ID cannot join the crawl and are treated as a late cancellation.

Drinks and conduct

Drink purchases are separate from the crawl price and are each guest's own responsibility, as is drinking responsibly. Guides and participating bars may decline further service to any guest; Arizona law governs inside every stop. Guests who cannot safely continue may be removed from the tour without refund.

Cancellations and refunds

Full refund when canceled 24 or more hours before the tour; no refund inside 24 hours.

Weather

Crawls run in most weather; the bar stops are indoors. If we cancel a crawl for safety, you receive a full refund or a rebooking, your choice.

Private bookings

Private crawls are quoted per group, up to 16 guests, with the quote confirmed by email before payment. The cancellation policy above applies.
