The Practical Part
What to expect
Two hours, one easy mile, three bars south of the tracks, and a guide who does the remembering for you. Here is everything worth knowing before your night.
Where we meet
Mother Road Brewing Company, 7 S Mikes Pike, Flagstaff, AZ 86001. Meet your guide outside the front door on Mikes Pike, just south of the railroad tracks, about 15 minutes before start time. Look for Southwestern Gothic attire. Metered and free street parking is nearby, and the Downtown Connection Center is a short walk for transit.
The crawl ends at Historic Brewing's Barrel + Bottle House, 110 S San Francisco St, a short walk back to where you started, and you are welcome to stay on there after the last story.
The 21+ rule
Every guest brings a valid driver's license or ID. The bars check at the door, so the crawl checks first. The rule covers everyone in the group, drinkers and non-drinkers alike, and every guest on a reservation signs a quick waiver from the booking link.
Drinks and budget
Drinks are not included in the crawl price. You order what you like at each of the three bar stops, and your guide will tell you what each room does best. Every stop pours non-alcoholic options too; joining sober works fine. The stories pour either way.
The walk
About 1 mile on Southside sidewalks at an easy pace, spread across roughly two hours. Unlike our walking tours, you spend a good part of the night sitting down; the bar stops break up the walk so nobody is on their feet too long.
Weather at 7,000 feet
Flagstaff sits at 7,000 feet. Evenings run cold from October through May even when the day was warm, and the weather turns fast, so wear layers and comfortable shoes and bring a water bottle. Altitude and alcohol team up faster than you expect; pace the rounds.
Cancellations
Full refund when canceled 24 or more hours before the tour; no refund inside 24 hours. If we ever cancel a night, you get a full refund or a free rebooking, your choice.
